We'll try and help you settle in quickly. We have lots of new children here at Bassingbourn because of the nearby army barracks. Some children stay for ages, others move every two years.
When you arrive your teacher will have a peg and drawer ready for you. She'll have two 'buddies' ready to show you around and help you to settle in. These friends will help you to find the toilets, the playground and the dinner hall! They'll also answer your questions.
You can always talk to your teacher about things you're not sure about. There are lots of teaching assistants and lunchtime supervisors too who will explain things to you.
