Where can I go and what can I do at playtime?
Around the
school there are areas where children don't go. It's not a good idea to go into
the staff room, Mrs Murray (the headteacher's office) or out of the main doors.
Key Stage 1 and 2 children take it in turns to use the climbing frame.
Don't go out of the school gates or over to the Village College! Check
to see if you can go on the grass because it might be too muddy. Children
in year 2 and above can go into the quiet courtyard area. Key Stage 1 and Key
Stage 2 children have different playgrounds. Apart
from that, you can go where you like on your play area!
Some play equipment is put out (e.g. stilts and hoops for Key Stage 1). Key Stage 2 children play on the hopscotch, number grid or play football.
